Farm-living, tea-drinking storyteller Karina grew up in Caledon, Ontario. A curious child with a love for literature, her favorite subjects were always English and creative writing. She spent her youth in libraries, dreaming of creating her own fantasy worlds. Grumbalina and her Pufftown pals are inspired by Karina's friends and experiences, while "Mitchy" and "Chatty Chad" are fairies she met during European horse shows.
